A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is submitted to the independent provider that supplies those results. Our own servers do not retain a copy of those search entries. A message sent to us contains the information in that message and is used to respond.

Links lead to county and state portals, libraries, archives, and third-party search tools. Those organizations control the information submitted on their services under their own policies. The same applies to any sponsored search result supplied by another company.

The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
How We Protect Your Data
The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
You may ask about personal data this private reference keeps by using the Contact page. Because the service keeps very little, we can review the contact mailbox and applicable logs and remove information where appropriate. The research did not establish a broad Ohio consumer-privacy deletion statute for this situation. Public records held by Ohio, Butler County, the Township, or the City are outside our control; correction or redaction requests go to the actual custodian. Ohio's targeted online-redaction route is ORC ยง149.45 and the Attorney General's prescribed forms.
